Unfortunately this place hasn?t been fun and has the worst service the past couple of years. When it first opened this place was... so much fun and actually was a destination for me and friends to say hey let?s go there to have fun! The past two years every sooften we would try to give this place a chance again, but it seems every time they have the worst service where you don?t evenget acknowledged to order a drink or when they finally do acknowledge you, it?s been over 10 minutes just to order one drink.Last night has to be the cherry on top for one of the worst experiences here. Prior times we have walked out because we havewaited over 15 minutes to get a drink. Last night I wasn?t even drinking alcoholic beverages, but it took over 10 minutes justto get a bottle of water. The music is so loud the bartender thought I said i wanted just regular tap water I guess so I had toget her attention once again to get a bottled water like I initially asked for. This place is loud like a night club where evenwhile screaming to a friend across the booth they cannot make out what I am saying. The place was absolutely burning up and whenwe went outside to get ?fresh air? it reeks of cigarette smoke on the outdoor patio and somehow was hotter than the actual airtemperature outside. After about 40 minutes we decided to head on over to blue martini where the A/C actually works and you canactually sit and have conversations with your friends. I highly do not reccomend this facility. They also have a strict dresscode for some reason, especially for men. This place doesn?t even deserve 1 star. The lady up front is super dramatic. I went there last night to hang with my friends and... I invited my brother to come by. He just stopped in to say hello and was leaving. He didn?t even want to come in, all he wastrying to accomplish was to say hi and leave. She kept yelling at him that he needed to pay $10 and he was telling her I?m notcoming in I just am saying hello and leaving. Keep in mind I was just walking up to him and was going to head outside. She wasvery rude and kept putting her hands all in his face for no reason. Finally they tell him he has to leave and she claims hebroke her phone on the way out. He never even touched her or her phone. Then because I went outside with him to calm him downshe comes out and continues to yell at him claiming she will press charges. I told her no your not he didn?t do anything. So nowbecause I?ve gotten involved they tell me I?m done and can?t come back in. Keep in mind I?ve had a tab running at the bar allnight and my card was still inside. All of the bouncers were getting in both my face and his. They seriously need a re educationon how to handle situations better. I will never go to this place again with the way they treated me and my brother. Do yourselfa favor people and stay far away. I like Mcfadden's! They have great food, if your going to eat and lots of Tv's so you can watch whatever game is on. When they... turn into a club it can get pretty packed but they always are having a ladies night with 50% off drinks and the music is alwaysgood. Their patio is nice and big and it's nice to sit out on the couches and chill. I would recommend McFadden's to anyonelooking to dance, have a good time, and drink without breaking the bank. This place doesn?t even deserve a one star rating! My brother and sister are in Vegas to visit from back east also my boyfriend... and his friends just got back from a deployment so we decided to go to McFaddens to celebrate. Kara ?the manager? working thefront began yelling at my brother, when my sister asked why was she being so rude to him Kara put her hams up at my sisters faceand began to yell ?bye, get out? my boyfriend asked her to calm down and she also told him to leave. When he asked for a refundand his cover charge because we never actually made it past the front, she said ?I?ll refund you your little 5 dollars? andproceeded to laugh at him. $5 he made from serving in the military . As a manager myself I can tell you this is no way to treatyour customers, especially not ones who just came back from a long deployment and just wanted to go out and enjoy their evening.I am disgusted by our experience tonight and the owner of this establishment should really consider hiring a new manager.
