The food is great, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. We?ve gone here a good handful of times now since... December and every single time, they forget something we?ve ordered so we always end up reordering it, even though we?ve markedit down on the order paper they hand out. One waitress specifically tends to just slam the items down on the table and willmumble what the rolls are and walks away. Water is hardly ever refilled. Today, towards the end of us dining there, I wasordering another roll as well as the one my daughter had asked for at our first round and never received. The waitress walkedaway before my husband could also order what he wanted. When she was done going into the kitchen and serving other people, myhusband waved her down and with attitude she said ?they?re working on your food right now, just a minute? and my husband said?oh I just wanted to get something else? and her reply was ?you want to order more???? Uh? yeah. We?re doing all you can eat andsharing everything between four people. Not really sure what her issue was and what warranted such unwelcoming attitude for us.She?s unfortunately ruined the dining experience there for us and we don?t plan on returning anymore. Read more
Maybe 4.5 because the waitress forgot one of our menu items and had to be reminded more than once to put it in. However, we sat... there for a very long time catching up with a friend. Food was great! This was the second time I ate there. The first time wastake out and just as awesome. All you can eat option is reasonable price. I definitely recommend. Read more
