Went during lunch time and had the endless soup and salad. Chicken Gnocchi is really good on a cool autumn day especially with a... hot cup of tea and iced water with lemon on the side. Bread sticks are warm and toasty. Food was served within 20 minutes ofbeing seated. Wait staff was really nice and made sure to keep the soup and salad coming. Thanks Olive Garden. Felecia provided the best service that I've ever has at Olive Garden and I am far from a newbie. Extremely helpful, never made... us feel rushed, she seem to always be ahead of us Whenever something was wanted or needed. From now on this will be my got tolocation and all goes well we will always be able to have the amazing service from Ms. Felicia. I Spoke with the manager Ms.Liz prior to leaving so I could share what a wonderful job Ms. Felecia did and we had a very pleasant conversation and she also showed and provided great service. Olive garden is no doubt my favorite Italian restaurant. I love their breadsticks and salad. I have tried basically everything... on their menu and I don't get tired of the food. The staff is nice and super friendly and there's somehow always a table nomatter how full it is. The food is super affordable for sometning so nice. I'm only giving 4 stars because on the last 2occasions I went to the torrance branch, the outside smelled like a sewer. This is not a nice smell for someone who's about toeat or just finished eating. Our server Gemma was very attentive with our needs. She came around often to check if we needed anything. Her service was... excellent. She was very courteous and professional. The food was delicious. This restaurant is definitely worth visiting. Wewill be returning in the near future and asking to be seated in her area of service. Read more

I was so disappointed with my experience here. Last year we picked up our order so everything was great, the soups were hot and... the pastas as well. But this time we decided to dine in, as my pre birthday celebration. The guy who waited on us should findanother job--one that doesn't require interacting with people. For starters, he was very lame. It took him forever to get to ourtable, to give us our salad and bread, and he even said that there were no more tongs available for the Salad. He didn't refillour water as he should and we were hardly finished with our soups when he already started serving the entrees. He didn't give usa teaspoon for our coffee, the liquid creamer for the coffee was in little cups! And whenever he would get our plates, heactually made us give him our plates! The other servers in the tables around us were doing a great job, being really attentivewith their costumers, bringing them refills without being asked. And the pasta served to my sister was already cold, same withher and my mom's soups. I think there's a possibility we were discriminated on because we looked Chinese!!???
