Manager is rude. She will talk over you instead of listening to your concerns. My order was marked delivered 15 minutes prior to... delivery so I had every right to call and find out what the issue as. Instead of listening to my concerns the manager talked andtalked and talked. She never addressed my concern and once I finally got irritated and demanded her o listen she hung up. Poorcustomer service and she needs to be fired. Read more
This is the worst papa johns I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only pizza place on base. Every time I go there, my pizza... is undercooked. It never fails. Also the dough is terrible every time. Even on my papadia. I cant even eat my pizza without allof the toppings falling off. I wish they'd replace this store with Domino's and I hate domino's.
