Ordered an Extra Large Pepperoni, Sausage, & Pineapple Original Crust Pizza & 6 piece Buffalo Wings. One of the worst pizzas... I've ever had! The crust was thin & rubbery, I counted 14 slices of no-flavor pepperoni on the entire pizza. I had to hunt forthe sausage bits, there was so little, no taste there. The Buffalo Wings were small as quail, overcooked, with a slathering ofbuffalo sauce doused on top. Papa John's, your items are forgetful! This was my last buy from you! Ordered Delivery Online through the App, staying at a Hotel. Went to wait in the Lobby when the app said it was "On the way."... App continues to say "On the way" for 5 minutes. Called the store to ask where my pizza was. Spoke to manager. Manager said thedriver had waited in the lobby for 10 minutes and left. Driver DID NOT enter the Lobby and I have the Front Desk to Corroborate.They had already canceled my order. This place is terrible. I ordered online a large pepperoni pizza and a cheese bread. I got the large but they didn't give me the... cheese bread. I call to complain they give me a credit and all is good. A few weeks later I call to order the exact same thing(large pepperoni with cheese bread) with the credit i was given, I show up and they hand me two pizzas again... Read more

Ordered online took me a while to find a coupon that was decent. I have had issues in the past with this location under topping... that?s why we usually don?t go to papa John?s anymore. I had a craving though and absolutely wanted the papa John?s pizza withthat tasty sauce. Once we ordered pizza was ready on time employees was nice and pickup was uneventful. When we got home weopened the pepperoni pizza first and I could already tell there was going to be issues there was about 27 pepperoni on my Largepizza then I looked at the second which looked extremely dry and everyone agreed the pizzas were dry not enough sauce or cheesejust not good! Which sucks because I love papa John?s when it?s made correctly and your pizza is to expensive for you guys toshort change us!!! I didn?t both calling the store not sure if it would have helped!!
