This place is a joke. They forgot a pizza in my $100 order and when I called back to speak to someone I was treated so badly. I... asked for the name of the person I was speaking to & he wouldn't tell me. He said I was gonna file a complaint on him. I askedto speak to the GM & I wasn't able to get their name either. Shame on you Pizza Hut for treating your customers so rudely. Shameon the management at this location for allowing customers to be treated this way. It might not make a difference but I willnever spend another dollar here. Its disgusting how you run your business. UPDATE.... on 10/26 the owner reached out asking if Icould tell them my experience. Which I did in length. I have never heard back from anyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. you haveclearly forgotten what your in business for. It is absolutely NOT about your customers. Ordered a deal for 2 medium pizzas with raiders cups. We got a call saying they couldn?t deliver in the last 30 minutes before... closing. Unless that was a new rule that?s a lie. I used to work for a Pizza Hut in North Las Vegas and we had to accept ordersuntil closing. We do pickup instead because we want our food and we were told that they would have to cancel the delivery andreplace it as a pickup. On the way, we missed a call and when we called back they told us they weren?t accepting any orderswithin the last half hour. We told them we already placed an order and they called us. The woman on the phone stated that theywere going to cancel our order since they were closing soon. My husband responded saying we were about to pull up. The womanrudely said that we only had 10 minutes. When we get there, my husband goes in to get the pizzas and comes back to the car evenmore upset. They asked him if he was placing or picking up and when he asked if they accept orders 10 minutes before closing theemployee told him that it?s different for carry out. They give him our pizzas, throw the sauce on top of the box rudely and werenot going to give him our Raiders cups. When he mentioned the cups he was told that since it was a delivery order it had to bedelivered in order to get the cups. He responded that the order was replaced as a pickup and he should still get the cups weordered. The woman went to the back and brought out one cup until he said there should be two. The woman did not believe him andhad to ask her manager before giving him the second cup. While he was inside, he could see the pizza tracker that stated threedrivers were on deliveries and one had left only two minutes before we got there. So we couldn?t get ours delivered becausethere was 30 minutes left before closing but THREE drivers were currently delivering? Using my account on the Pizza Hut mobile application I ordered The Stuffed Crust Pizza with Roma tomatoes and white sauce. It... was deliciously prepared. Fresh toppings, cheesy filled buttery crust toasted just right. And served to me warm in a hot box.The tiny waiting area was clean. The young lady was friendly and helpful. I never noticed this location. Location notes: Theestablishment is small and easy to miss. It is tucked away at the far end of the Sunrise Marketplace Plaza. I bought the pizzafor $3.25 because I redeemed some of my pizza points and still received 6 points for my order. Thank you for the great service.We will be returning often. Read more
