This was my 1st time at the store and I called to get better directions, Nobody answered the phone finally I found the address... yes. When I got my food and got home my order was wrong, So I called the store again and The phone rang for 45 minutes nobodyever answered and so I ended up hanging up. Read more
Order pizza at pizza hut online got there my order was ready and they give my order to someone else the Manager told me the... next order will be ready in 7 mins they gave that order to someone else. Ask for my money back and the manager couldn't find myorder the manager didn't help the situation..I would never go to pizza hut on Ann road again Read more
Update: Owner tells me to send email. Email sent. No response. That's really a shame since it was the first time getting home... delivery from Pizza Hut. Ordered supreme pizza from this location, they didn't put all of the toppings on the pizza that Iordered. Overall the pizza was great and I am willing to retract this low rating if made right as I did spend a little money forsomething I didn't receive. Read more
I would rate this location ZERO if I could. The location was on Ann Rd in Las Vegas. The order was never delivered. I waited... over 1.5 hours while checking the tracking. I received the tracking texts saying order received and order out for delivery.Estimated time was 35-47 minutes. Tried calling the location and only got the automated recording when chose existing deliveryorder. Waited 5-10 minutes each time I tried, no one ever answered. The recording just kept playing in a loop advertising theirpizza. Tried again but choosing NEW order and someone answered. As soon as he heard the call was for an existing order (and Imentioned I had been calling several times but no one ever answered) my call was switched back to that same recording loop. Onlycontact I could get through was to leave a review on the main website. The charge on my credit card will be disputed. Read more
