It gets 1 extra star because I really like their food especially their sandwiches. On the other hand, it gets 1 star for their... service. They almost always screw up our order every time we get take out. Last time we got take out and ordered 4 chickensandwiches. They forgot one and only gave us 3. Other times they did the same thing. Either gave us the wrong order or forgotone item. Like why should we have to check the bag every time and waste time trying to get our order right? I get that work canbe busy but screw ups shouldn't happen frequently. As good as the food may be they need to step up with their service as it wasterrible. Read more
Always the busiest but their manager was always kind and polite. She would personally apologize if the order will take a while.... Would offer other options, etc. They are always busy. So if you want good service, make sure you know what you want. And ordercorrectly. They get slammed all the time so, try not to confuse them. They work hard there. Read more
If you have to wait 20 minutes in drive thru just to get to the speaker only to have her tell you to wait which we did for... another 9 minutes , do you really deserve more than 2 stars . Oh, and that?s 20 minutes to the speaker, 9 minutes waiting toorder, it and another 5 minutes to pay and get the food. So? 34 minutes. Not fast food . Read more
I ordered the 11pc special that was supposed to come with 11pc of mixed chicken but instead I got 11pc of chicken breast. I... spent over $30 on some dry a** white meat. They also gave me a cold apple pie and forgot to coat it in the cinnamon sugar. I'mjust not happy at all especially when I waited almost 20 minutes just to receive my food. Read more

Ordered online; and online it gave the choice to pick up in restaurant so I opted for that. I spent $70 on 3 people to eat... dinner. Not only were none of my sauces I picked put in the meal, the dining room was closed and seems to be permanently closedfor in person dining or take out. As if that weren?t enough of an inconvenience, the whole point of ordering ahead is so thatyour order can be ready when you go pick it up; I had to wait 45 minutes going through the drive thru and wait even longer formy food to be prepared.
