RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You've been warned. We ordered tenders, a sandwich and a large chicken nugget. The nuggets were... nothing but GREASE BOMBS! I literally took one bite and spit it out. It's as if they battered and deep fried the nuggets, letthem sit to long, and then battered and deep fried them again. They were so gross I was ashamed for the owners, managers andevery employee who wears the Popeyes logo. The poor quality food didn't deserve even one star (more like a negative five stars).I've called them three times to see if they will make it right out refund my money, but they're not answering their phone. Iused to love Popeyes. Sadly, they've lost a loyal customer after my poor experience tonight. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I'm goingto call Popeyes corporate headquarters over this. We bought chicken tenders from this location and it was all batter and very little chicken. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING and I... want everyone to know that this is unexcusable. These tenders were double battered and recooked again. I am tired of these dirtbags employees serving food that should not be given to people! Read more
Man its a good thing I got football on my phone. Missed all of the 3rd qtr, and most of the 4th, after work here at the popeyes... drive thru. Been stuck in line for half an hour and I aint even around the bend. Someone better be dead in there to take thislong. On a commercial break I have had time to log in reset my Google password write this review. . And still havntmoved. Update. After 45 minutes I finally moved and got to the window! Only to be told to park outside where you can see thetickets backed out of the kitchen. Never again. Read more
Very slow service for a restaurant where it was not busy. After 10 minutes of waiting for my order to be made. I asked the... manager for my money back and was met with a bold employee approaches me and tried to start a fight with me. I finally wentoutside because the manager did nothing to diffuse the situation and I called corporate. This business will not ever get mybusiness. Customer service is at an all time low. If there was a way to give no stars I would. No customer should ever bethreatened and treated like that. We patron places to support their jobs!!!! Folks need to remember that! Read more

Every time I try to go this Popeyes they don?t have chicken. How is this a chicken restaurant and you don?t have it. Last night... I went to this location and ask for a two piece meal (this was at 9pm but the restaurant didn?t close until 10) and they told meit will take 20-30 min to make chicken and by then they would be closed. Im pretty sure that Popeyes don?t tell their customersthat they stay open till a certain time but stop serving their main item and an hour early. This location is always a disaster. Read more
