The menu items are flavorful and prepared with the freshest of ingredients. I was there at about 2pm and the place was very... busy and I can understand why. The food is very good. Rachel's is casual dining, so order at the counter and then wait for itto come out of the kitchen. Most people just get the entrees to-go. I "dined-in" and the only drawback I saw to the restaurantis the inside seating. It's better than fastfood, but not by much. Overall though, a very good place to eat. Read more

The Staff was Fantastic, the food was good. What could have been better, in my opinion is to have started setting up the group... tables and chairs sooner, so that only item remaining was the food and coffee. Also, no water was offered, nor provided. Thismay, or could have been the decision of the group representative. The tape used to secure the plastic table cloth should havebeen designed to stick to the underside of the Tables. Tape such as Gorilla and/or Duct Tape would have been ideal to use. TheScotch type tape is designed to be used on Paper. However, any Tape is better than No Tape at all. The Tape Dispenser of thisRestaurant was caked of layers of Food. Horrible to touch! Read more
