First time at this location. Lady can not understand English she. They put cheddar cheese on my steak burrito then when I... returned it they gave me a spoon full of meat because they was upset they messed the order up .for 12$ a burrito it should bebig with meat not skinny like a Taco Bell burrito. I wish I could give this location zero stars. They leave the good name of Roberto's stained and disgraced. Everytime my wife... uses the drive thru we ask for green sauce. We do our part and give them money, usually never under thirty dollars per visit.Half the time we get no sauce red or green and the other half of the time we get two sauces. This has gone on and on and mycomplaints get no recognition. I've asked to take my meal back and be refunded over this and to no avail. Manager is only on thefirst shift so if you go for dinner here and there is a problem they can't help you. There should always be someone working thatcan resolve a problem. Why should the customer get wronged when we did our part and gave them money for a service. Nobody wantsto eat taco shop without sauce. It's ridiculous for this to be a problem but it is at this location. This location will neversee one red cent from us again. There is another one right down the street. If your reading this do not give them the pleasureof your business they are undeserving of that opportunity. The person I talked to was marc.
