Great food & even better service! The owner personally came to our table, gave us a business card, & visually showed us pictures... of their special menu items to match with the menu board. He was super friendly, took photos with us, shared his background as achef from Japan & Hawaii. He mentioned that the sashimi was also imported from Japan today so it?s really fresh. The food here speaks for themselves. Everything is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Simply go for anything you?d like. I have... never had a stew that is so fresh and savory. The Hokkaido soup has some secret surprise for you. The sashimi is also very freshand not so expensive considering the portion. One tip for everyone is do NOT order too many otoro and salmon. Amazing sushi that is reminiscent of my time in Tokyo. The quality of the food is amazing, staff is super attentive, and the... owner comes around and explains in detail of all the specials. Highly, highly recommend the uni pasta! Was so rich, umami, anddecadent. I will be dreaming of that dish for many days. This place rivals any Michelin star sushi restaurant such as Nobu.
