Mary made this the worst experience I?ve ever had with any Starbucks. I ordered a simple paradise drink and had to leave without... it because she took too long and I had to get to work. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and the drinks are consistently terrible. My most recent order I ordered a Pumpkin... Cream Cold Brew and there was zero pumpkin flavor, it tasted like a straight black coffee. Very rude girls in there...some know how I like my drink and some act like they don't and they work just about every other day... and I use to come there everyday....the managers were very nice and I use to tip there when they were there.The employees willbe laughing and giggling a lot at work and talk about people that come in there very rude and unprofessional to do that.Theywould talk about me coming in and going out of there store... I never had a problem with they employees that work there lastyear they were awesome and always greeted me coming in and going out..will not be coming back to this Starbucks unless newemployees are there.
