Tried to get 2 crossiants and a small pineapple refresher. The pineapple thing is OK but the freeze dry pineapple bits get stuck... in the lid so kinda difficult to get out. The crossiants should have been the easy part - just take them out of the plastic bagsand heat them up. But apparently not. I waited and waited and waited some more. Everyone that ordered ahead of me got their foodand I'm still standing there. No one working seemed to be paying attention and I finally had to flag someone down to ask. We got coffees from here pretty much every day of our stay at Planet Hollywood. Every staff member/barista we interacted with... was friendly. Our coffees were pretty much exactly how we like them at Starbucks (consistent taste). They were pricey (Duh, LasVegas prices) but that's okay, as you're paying for convenience. Believe me, with the nights you'll have in Vegas, a Coffee willbe exactly what you'll need in the morning. Pro Tip: Take your ID and room keys etc with you and get your purchases herecharged to your room. You might be eligible for Food comp or restaurant credit. Read more
