My recent experiences with this Subway location has not been good. I've tried using my Subway card to earn purchase "tokens",... the cashiers uses it was a gift card and I lose valuable tokens and opportunities to earn monetary rewards. (This is extremelyfrustrating; especially since they do not try to correct the issue when I bring it to their attention.) It's obvious thecashiers are not trained on this process and it's the customers who suffer the consequences. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE train youremployees correctly before allowing them to service your loyal customers. Read more
