Customer service was subpar they were talking and didn't acknowledge me for about 3 minutes as if I was bothering them. My... sandwich was dry even after I asked for extra oil and vinegar. OMG YESTERDAY I HAD THE BEST HERO IN VEGAS THE BREAD WAS SO FRESH AN SOFT, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SUBWAY
They force you to put the veggies in before toasting. If you don?t put your veggies in before they toast it you don?t get... veggies afterwards. Then they sit their and argue with you that it?s a thing and EVERY subway does it like this. Read more
They really need some more help at this store. Washington & Rancho location. They are a bit stingy with the toppings as well.... It's a dual restaurant combined with Winchells. Some days during lunch hour, it's really packed. I hope they hire some morepeople soon. The bread is always fresh, I will give them that. Read more

Appearantly, most of the healthy options have been replaced by marinara and double the cheese as the sandwiches I tried to order... in store (dietary restrictions) were no longer available. You think they would tell someone instead of insisting on building thewrong sandwich, but I can see why as oven roasted chicken breast sounds like exactly like sliced turkey. I paid for my plain,high sodium sliced turkey sandwich that I could not eat, and gave it away to someone who could. You've lost a customer. Read more
