Stopped in on a whim while walking around with my best friend. We lucked into happy hour and were able to get a seat without a... reservation. Would definitely recommend reservations for a normal dinner though. We sat at the bar and tried a few of thespecials. The drinks were nicely balanced and the food was perfectly assembled with fresh ingredients and lovely flavorcombinations. Everything was satisfying without being excessive in any way. Prices were reasonable for what we got, especiallyon happy hour (30% off select menu). We will definitely return Read more

Sit at the sushi bar for an amazing experience. I highly recommend the Chef's Plate to get a real taste of what they have to... offer. The Toro belly is insane. As was the Uni. There are really no misses on the menu. I wish they were open better hours butit's hard to not get make myself get there for lunch on a weekend when I'm in town. Read more

Fantastic sushi and an overall great experience. We ordered the deluxe sushi plate and baked lobster roll which was fantastic,... one of the best pieces of albacore I’ve ever eaten. The staff and service were great and quick. Beautiful location andCaesar’s Palace is great to shop around after. Recommend! Read more

1. Lychee mojito 2. Salmon Togarashi with Amuzu Ponzu, which is salmon sashimi with a semi-sweet glaze and water cress. By far... my favorite of the night. Too bad only 3 pieces. I almost ordered a second one. 3. Baked crab hand roll in soy paper. Basicallycrab and rice in a fairly large squarish roll, about the size of a musubi. 4. Senshi roll, comprised of yellowtail, cumcumber, avocado, and spicy aioli. Very good as well, but not s good as the Rainbow roll. 5. Rainbow roll, which is essentially aCallifornia roll, plus tuna, salmon, yellowtail, albacore and shrimp on top! This was my second favorite dish. 6. Ribeyewrapped asparagus. I think this was the only warm dish we ate. Nice and crispy. Kind of a "different" taste versus all thesushi. 7. Mushroom tempura with creamy truffle miso. I am not a truffle fan, but it was good. 8. Roasted cauliflower with reddates and pine nuts. It was ok. The dates were way too sweet for me. Read more

This was our first time eating at this establishment, everything was fantastic! We are in town on our 13th anniversary and I... must say this is the best sushi I’ve ever had. The service was top-notch, our waiter was prompt, attentive, and friendly. Healso gave us fantastic suggestions on the menu as well as introducing us to the world of sake. The manager visited our tablemultiple times and was very friendly, we even joked about them needing to open a location in our area. With our dessert theybrought out a giant sparkling candle as well as wrote happy anniversary on the plate in chocolate, and gave us one of thedesserts for free! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone when they come to town!! Read more
