I have been to this location numerous times and everytime I go there they are always out of some food item or ingredient needed... for the smoothies or food choices on the menu. I was just at this location this past week and there was a sign on their menuthat they were completely out of all food items. So I ordered a smoothie and asked for whey protein, and guess what, they wereout of whey protein also. The management/owner of this location definitely needs to learn how to order food from their suppliersbetter in addition to learning how to properly manage inventory. Read more

Ordered online for pick up. Got here, the front doors were locked with all the inside lights off. I saw both employees sitting... outside smoking. I waited at the door patiently in case they were on break. Once the gentleman finally came inside for a drivethru customer, he sees me standing outside and just points to the drive thru. No signs on the door for direction orreasoning. Once I get to the window I can't even stay in my complaint because the girls on the phone having a full-blownconversation then have the nerve to give me attitude when I asked for straws. I suggest the manager gets this specific Bluediamond franchise chain in order because it is an embarrassment to tropical smoothie as a whole.
