This place is a must visit if you like tapas and drinks. We visited for the paella (takes about 40 min to make) and enjoyed a... few tapas while we waited. The decor inside was very artsy. Because the weather was great, we decided to sit outside at thepatio. Ordered the chicken/seafood paella, and enjoyed the steak, chicken wings, fries, and charcuterie while we were waiting. Erin was our waitress and she was amazing. They had a beer mishap and the bartender felt bad, so he made me a special one whenhe didn't have to. The paella was ok, but I will definitely be back. Tapas were good but Paella was a big disappointment. The rice was alright could use more color, the mussels were overcooked and... dried out, and barely any shrimp or squid. I've had way better paella at home. Just expected more from a restaurant with Best OfLas Vegas Award Read more
Really unique creative atmosphere and menu. Very artsy feel to the décor and the food. They are known for their paella which ... takes 45 minutes to make in the traditional wood fired oven. Several different varieties can be ordered in large and small andvary in price from $24 up to $80. We ordered the traditional mariscos paella a pitcher of sangria and bunch of tapas to start.Topped off the meal with goat cheesecake with cherries. Everything was creatively prepared and delicious. The service staff wasfriendly and very personally attentive. I would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend it to anybody that wantssomething a little bit different and really fun. I went for the tasting collective. Wow, hands down one of my top 4 tapas place. The staff were so, nice. Chef was for... informative. My favorite dish was the Canalons a la Barcelona.
