I saw this place very busy and has some great reviews. I waited in list for 30 minutes and was very excited . Unfortunately the... food was not worth it. The salmon sashimi is not not of a great quality or even there specialty roll called dragon roll withspicy tuna is not special at all. I think this is one of the worst sushi I have ever had in my life. The price to quality rateis extremely high l. I advise to avoid it simply. The service was fast and everyone was so polite. The restaurant is very nice and also the staff, I had a vegan singapore noodles with vegan chicken and that was delicious, but... they cut the noodles (I honestly don?t know why) and they didn?t cut the veggies, so in my plate I had giant veggies and littlepieces of noodles. My husband got sushi and was good. They have a good number of vegan/vegetarian options, and I appreciatedthat. If your are looking for vegan food please make sure to try their vegan chicken. Very friendly atmosphere. Kind servers and front desk staff. My waiter was Taylor and he was so nice, fun to chat with and... engaging! As a solo diner he really made the experience a delight. Super accommodating with any food restrictions! Just ask themand they will accommodate. The veggie /vegan menu is huge, drunken noodles came with a very high recommendation! I opted forseaweed salad to start, nice texture and sauce, was done well. Not too saucy! Rainbow roll is very fresh, almost like a salad insushi form. Crunchy veggie top, refreshing! The vegan eel roll is one of the best rolls I?ve ever had! Texture was so fun.Crispy top and onion inside. The sauce on top is sweet and tangy, so by itself you have almost a sweet taste, but it?s a goodbalance once mixed with soy sauce. It?s really fun how they did the braised tofu on top.
