Terrible service. I waited 15 min in the drive thru behind one car. It was just us and we were not being helped at all. Then... they would not hand me my mobile order when I had selected drive thru. The guy was telling me mobile orders can only be pickedup inside and told me I had to cancel myself then order with him. Still no refund. Also this store is #4740 for those trying toleave a survey. They do not hand you the receipt for that reason.. Read more
So first off the drive through wasn't working so I checked by driving up to the window and knocking on it then at 12:45 pm no... baked potatoes were ready the chili I ordered was cold I had to let the line of cars waiting at the speaker that it didn't work the employees don't care they don't give a receipt. No one at counter. After a few minutes had to call to the back for someone to come out. No smile no nothing like it was an... effort to do her job. Checked our order fries wher almost cold and tasted old. The lettuce on sandwiche was wilted and slimy. Iask for my money back they said they could only return in a store card. Absolutely horrible. Waited fifteen minutes for one meal and I was the first person there. A huge line formed behind me. To top... that off I didn't get sauce or a straw, got extra food which I guess that's ok but it wasn't something I'd eat. Then to top itoff the beast that served me had the biggest attitude.
