Was visiting a friend in lasalle and we went to the only icecream shop in the area. DQ isn't my preference when there are other... places that serve better quality icecream. I got a soft icecream dipped in chocolate and didn't enjoy it because the dip gothard fast and crumbled with almost every bite - annoying to eat - not worth the money. Read more

I'm not a big soft serve fan. If this is your preference and you like your ice cream to go, then you may love this. The team was... nice. The ice cream and syrups are ridiculously full of sugar, my daughter and I didn't finish our ice creams, and both of usfelt tired from the overload. Not an issue, next time we share a small one. This is value once you know how big everything ishere. There is a park next door where you can eat, but the seats at the ice cream bar are right on a busy street and not at allpleasurable to eat at. However, it is not dairy queens fault for my preference is hard ice cream. Also, the team responded tome when I gave a 3-star. So I upgraded to 4-star. Read more

DQ is good. The problem is the people that work at this location, we have been there a couple of times because it?s the closest... to our home. However, they always have a bad attitude and are not willing to treat customers respectfully. We compare it toother stores nearby and it is just trash.
