This location is convenient and on my way to work I stop by here multiple times during the week and every single time I have... they have been out of French baguette bread, I can?t understand how a company with the product in their name runs outconsistently daily basis. Today I walk in and they are out of every single bread I can?t even order a sandwich, I asked themanager why this is the case every night and he says it?s because they give us an allotment every day and we calculated based onestimates. This makes no sense because if they have been running out every day no they need to make more than the day before, Itold him this is an issue and that they really should get this fixed and that they are losing customers because I am going tostop coming here after work now and the manager replies to me that that is a good thing because that means they are busy thefact that they run out. Absolutely crazy how the manager believes it?s a good thing that they ran out of their staple item andthat I and other customers I?m sure waste their time even stopping in here, with modest expectations at best. This is not (worth) a $7.19 bowl of soup. Also, not the soup I ordered - they let me order it but didn?t have it five minutes... later. Since I ordered with the app, I couldn?t cancel. While the service was a little slower than I liked I did go at lunch time, so I chalked it up as that. My food was good as... usual. I want to say that Ms. Mona who took my order was so pleasant. This location is consistantly letting me down. I like the panera bread chain usually but this location has had their last order... from me. Ordering thru the app for delivery they will usually forget something out of my order; This particular time they didget my order correct but they put old past going bad avocado on my salad and sandwich.
