When here for dinner 10/8. Waitress had no clue of menu items. I asked if they had something replied is it in the menu? Isn't... that what I was asking ? Then when was getting done with meal I asked if they had blackberry pie, she didn't know. Went andasked I then asked if they had cherry. Had to go look again. I said if you don't plz bring a piece of apple. Apple pie was in aTogo container. I did not ask for that. No management. Front of store was filthy and seating girls were to busy on phones andtalking. One walked out in front of my walker almost made me trip and just kept going . Read more

Went here tonight. Waited for 35 min for a seat. We get salad bar, the lettuce was brown ( ALL of it, in both bowls), almost... everything was empty, chicken noodle soup had ZERO noodles. I told our waitress and that went no where. I waited about 20 min, went back up and still the same. So I am paying for something we can't eat., I mean we ordered sandwiches but that's besides thepoint! So I talked to a male manager and he did nothing. We had to ask our waitress 3 times for my husband's drink. Then, thisis the 2nd time they didn't bring my grandson a cookie, so I asked. Do we have to pay for a cookie now or what! She laughed andsaid oh, I'll get it. We were literally at the door because again she wasn't paying attention or whatever. Worst EAT n Parkexperience ever! Read more

My wife, my son, and I caught a Westmoreland Transit bus to the Latrobe Eat'n Park for lunch today. My wife and I had the soup... and salad bar. Soup of the Day was potato soup. They have potato soup 3 days out of the week. I want to get some mushroom soup. They have that on Fridays, and they have stuffed pepper soup on Mondays. My son had some kind of double decker supremehamburger. Everything was good. We all had iced tea - unsweetened, sweet tea, and raspberry tea. We took 2 pies home - an Oreocookies and cream pie and a coconut cream pie. We walked home - almost a mile on this bright sunny slightly warm almost AutumnSaturday. Read more

Worse experience at an Eat n Park ever!! Food was okay, service was poor. Got salad bar and there was items including the... lettuce that should have been fresher. My wife wanted some extra lemon slices as she uses lemon juice, oil, pepper to put on hersalads, we were told that for every two very small slices of lemon we would be charged $0.75 for them. Also, my daughterordered a chicken ranch wrap and they bring her a sandwich. When brought to the waitress attention, she begins to say mydaughter ordered it wrong and lecture her on how to order the chicken wrap. Had to step in and tell the waitress my daughterdid order her wrap correctly and that she is the one who could NOT take the order correctly. I needed a box for my leftoversand after multiple attempts asking for one, my son had to go the hostess to get one. Just all around poor service and notimpressed with the quality of the food.
