These reviews must be rigged. No way they have a 4.2. Customer service is lacking, employees are rude. All of them. No visible... manager to complain to. Instead of asking how to correct the issue, they would rather tell customer to leave food. I watchedthem disrespect and disregard a customer in front of me, and I thought to myself this is my last time in their establishment.Businesses have to be careful. You don?t have to hurt everyone in the room for a complaint to occur. Sometimes the people in theline wait until they go home and do a great review of the I?ll treatment of other customers. Obviously these employees aren?tbeing trained on treating customers well and that?s why this happened. But just remember, your customer is the reason you have ajob. Read more
Good grief! Where do I start?! The line was at the door and they had one person serving. When they finally got some more people... serving, they had no cashier! So the server left me mid service (I was already in line for over an hour at this point) to gocash out maybe 6 people. When she finally came back, it was very chaotic. I?m even more upset as the food was not great. Theydef use corn starch in the stew peas and it was overwhelmingly thick. Not ever going back!! Food is okay when it?s fresh, however the employees don?t have an urgency they will keep you in line for over a 15 mins. I?m so... hungry if I go anywhere else I may pass out. Picture is honestly 17 mins waiting. Bad for business Read more
