How does this location stay open? Every time I go I never have a good experience. I have NEVER had a good iced coffee nor latte... from this location. Went to use the drive thru and a red Buick was illegally parked at the entrance. When I went into the store, only one employee... was working at the time. This employee illegally parked their car to avoid taking both drive thru and in store orders. Does theowner or leadership team know about this? Also when I went into the store, I waited some time to order because another employeearrived and the ONLY employee in the store LEFT THE BUILDING to move their car from the drive thru.
