Paid on app at drive they for iced coffee. I repeated my order two times to make sure it was correct. After realizing I was... overcharged I went into the store, and was told they could not refund my money since it was on the app. I was offered some freefood but that was all they can do. No one from the store has called me back, and I was told if I return I can speak with amanager. And of course there?s no corporate number for customer service, filling out of my survey has gone on answered twotimes. This was the reason I got rid of my app in 2017. This location never gets your order right, you order a Donut and you get a sandwich, you order a drink and missing things in it.... Lacks management, doesn't operate well when the line is long around the drive through. Nothing great to say unfortunately. Read more

Is a fine donut stop if you go for a brief takeaway. I ordered a sourdough sandwich and a caramel macchiato with almond milk... and then some donuts to take home. However make sure that your order is exactly correct. I have lactose intolerance and I'm nownauseating and puking all over tamaracville!(just kidding!) Almond milk prevents that kind of attack but one of the employeesmight have given me whole milk which cause me to be sick. Please be specific of the kind of milk, or they may accidentallysend you to the hospital because of a brief mistake. I'll probably order something else next time.
