The service was as good as the food! The young lady who took my order on the phone was pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. The... woman at the register was so friendly and welcoming. As a first time customer, I felt like family. One word: ZEPPOLE!! This wasthe best Italian Fried Dough I have ever had. Not the little donut hole style zeppole tossed in cinnamon sugar - these are thethe big ones, served piping hot, tossed in a thick coat of confectioners sugar ???? MUST-TRY the Slice Pie!! Among the top 5pizza slices I've had in my lifetime (including in NYC). Foldable, greasy in just the right amount (iykyk), hot melty pull tothe mozzarella - just everything you could wish for in a slice that takes two paper plates to hold ???? Other food ordered wasgood, but those two items I'd come back for again and again! Couple notes for first timers: This is a take out and delivery, momand pop shop. No seating, about 5ft by 5ft standing room for ordering, so just call ahead and be delighted. Read more
Okay so this is usually my favorite place to get a slice and a stromboli because they are the biggest and the best but I'm not... sure what happened the other day. I ordered a slice and two stromboli but one of them had little to no meat inside it. Verydisappointing this time Poppy's. Read more
Honey BBQ wings were really good, as was the meatball sub. My wife had raviolis with meat sauce off the menu and it was... delicious. Was going to give 4 stars because there was an extended wait...but I saw how busy they were for such a small place,and they still took the time to put out a great product...5 Stars! Read more
Best pizza in Broward! I?ve been a fan for 20+ years, and now it?s my sons favorite restaurant. Cool story, my sons loves...
