Have driving for 6 hours I made reservations prior to arriving I've been here numerous times and now I'm told that I can't bring... my service dogs in needless to say I was absolutely amazed at how she just simply said I'll give your money back that isunacceptable to me I was here on my 25th wedding anniversary after being told this I was livid I ask to speak to the manager themanager stated oh there's been a mistake you're allowed to bring your dogs in my dogs are service dogs they have papers theyhave their tags everything so I was absolutely amazed this kind of put the whole Atmosphere bad for me and then arriving to theroom I found a beer cap on the floor and a candy wrapper which Me shows didn't clean the room very well also my dogs have theirown beds so they actually sleep on the floor and their bed needless to say I was not comped anything for the inconvenience afterstanding at the registration for at least 5 minutes crying my eyes out I was told oh there's been a misunderstanding I wasamazed and then attached will be some pictures that my room look like when I arrived Read more

As a light sleeper it's air conditioning is so loud. Rooms are clean. Service is good. At $31.00 ! Night shouldn't be any... complains. It's just a hotel to sleep for the river. To go water sking and a friendly 3 night vacation. Read more
