I entered the store tonight and was greeted by a friendly employee named Douglas! Douglas is an excellent customer service... representative for the restaurant! He told me the sweet tea was being made fresh and my 3 piece tenders would be a 2 minutewait. It was well worth the wait for both! Keep up the good service Douglas! Read more
Our food has always been fresh and hot!
my fries are awfully stale, they have to be atleast a week old. i sat at the window for atleast 20 minutes and they arent fresh.... asked if they had the barbecue chicken sandwich (they do) and worker responded with ?we don?t sell those? and when i told him,yes they do he had to go ask. my sodas a flat and the tenders are cold. 1/5 wont be eating here again. look at the photo below,my dog wouldn?t even eat them. It's ridiculous you sit in line for 15-20 minutes no one comes on to speaker to take your order they don't tell you one moment... nothing you don't get any response from them until they're ready after you've waited 15-20 minutes something needs to change.It's supposed to be FAST FOOD.
