The food has always been great. The problem is, this location has been extremely slow in making the food when placing a mobile... order. Three consecutive times, it has been over 30 mins before the food is ready (note, there isn?t a lot of people at thetimes I order). After placing the mobile order and driving there, it comes to 40 minutes waiting. This is unacceptable amountof time for a fast food place, objectively. I stopped in to Panda Express because I have positive memories of the food being good and nothing weird with being able to eat... it. However, today I had to ask for sauce for my spring roll and a knife to cut my chicken and green vegetables. I was given thesauce, but I was told there are no knives. I find when a food chain cannot afforod to the supply the public with the necessaryutensils to eat the food that the public purchases, it just might be time to get out of the retail food business and only cater.Corporate can save money by washing the same old metel cutlery. I can assure you this place is skimping out on food. I ordered a plate with double shrimp and the box was nowhere near full. I... asked the manager to add ?double shrimp? and he said that?s all they could do after waiting in line for 20minutes during thedinner rush?! Cool, don?t eat here. Good food but service is really slow. They need to find a way to move customers along faster. Some of the delay are customers... trying to decide what they want and talking on their phones while ordering. ???? Otherwise foods are always good and the keepthe selections hot and stocked. Read more
