I've been going here for years but for the last year and a half or so they're terrible. I'm not sure if it's the staff or what.... But the rice is undercooked and hard. They don't put any meat compared to what they used to especially compared to otherquickway locations. And if you order online it'll say it's ready and you show up and still wait 10 mins. Read more
I only give 3 stars because the food is delicious, affordable, and the portion is generous. But I do have an issue that is... constant. I was there three times and ordered the same thing (chicken and shrimp bento box) all three times I received steak andchicken instead. Today, not only did I get the wrong protein combo but it wasn?t even put in as a bento box. I was not upsetbecause I wanted sushi anyways so I ordered it on the side. I asked three times to make sure there was wasabi and soy sauce withmy order. I was assured that they were in my bag. When I got home I realized the same meat combination mistake and to my majordisappointment, there were no wasabi and soy sauce to go with my sushi roll. These condiments should be automatic. Who can havesushi without them? I couldn?t even enjoy the sushi as I would like. You all really need to have a better process. I have notgotten an order right yet?. Read more
