I literally just watch an employee make over 10 waffle cones with fillings. She did it with no gloves, licking her... fingers/forearm, and wiping her face all while making the waffle cones. Pretty disgusting. No manager on site. Owner should beashamed on the kind of service this place is providing. Read more

The two young people working were conscientious and exhibited good customer service. The shop was very clean, and the staff... quickly cleaned up spills. Shockingly expensive so be prepared! With that said, I love this place, but due to cost I go sparingly. Very clean and their... frozen yogurt is clearly marked for dietary needs which is important. I wish their toppings were also marked. Read more
