This is the first time for us to eat Harvey's, but will be our last time. Not sure it is this brand or only this place. We... ordered burgers, but it was totally cold. The chickens were like cooked one day before. When we got the paper bags, there was nofolks or spoons in it. We asked for the tissues because the tables are really dirty, but the stuff were not willing to givetissues. There was flies in the restaurant also. Overall it is really a bad experience. It is the worst ever place I have visited in my life. A dirty unsafe place to eat. Today The paper bag fall down and the... hysterical woman working there brought it back to me, and when I asked her to change it she started screaming hysterically,insulting me by all means as she is lebanese and knew that I am too, she kept insulting me in Arabic!!!! No hygiene, norespect to clients. I wonder where is the food inspection.. how ce many think gall on the floor and put back in our sandwich? where are the consumer rights to be served honestly and respectfully? after such disgusting and bad experience?
