Horrible horrible customer service. Tried to order 2 combos for a large group of people and tried to charge an extra 10$ for no... reason. The man that answered the phone and took our order got mad when we tried to explain that it didn?t add up to the totalhe told us. He hung up on us when we kept trying to tell him that that shouldn?t be the total. Read more
This place has horrible customer service! We tried to order for a large group of people and they tried to scam us by charging us... an extra 10$ for delivery when their pamphlet says delivery is free. When we tried to understand where the extra 10$ was comingfrom the guy in the phone got agressive and kept repeating the same sentence over and over again trying to justify an extra 10$out of nowhere. I've never had to leave a bad review until I spoke to the people at this establishment. Their staff who answers the phone have a... really horrible attitude, they don't listen when you talk, they give you the same 1 sentence response when you try to explainanything to them. 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings with fries. The girl on the phone confirmed and repeated my order back to me.... When I got the order there was only 20 wings. When I called back to complain the "manager" told me they only have a deal with 20wings. After being on the phone with him for 15 minutes he told me that he would give me a credit for 10 free wings on our nextorder. Still upset we accepted the offer, but now that I'm ordering pizza again and asking for the 10 wings I was promised, theytell me that there is no credit on my account. I was then redirected to another employee who knew 1 sentence "we don't sell 30wings we only sell 20 wings so there is no credit" which he repeated about 7 times before I got annoyed and just canceled myorder.
