Pizza St Max is my favourite pizzeria. They are always friendly and the pizza is so good.
ZERO STARS I went there today going there for years and I pointed to the slice I wanted as i have usually done, and they... refused to give me the slice I chose. The middle aged bald man told me its all the same and if I don't like it I can go that ihad no choice. I told them I've been coming here for years and this isn't customer service, I am the customer and im choosingwhat i want to eat. And he said I am customer service and if you don't like you can go? Very very rude and nastyattitude. Never going here again and I don't recommend it. I was polite and they lost a good customer because they don't wantyou to choose your slice. Ridiculous and worst customer service ever. I had very little time to go to an appt and thought itwas worth it to make the stop here but never again. Read more
They don't take phone orders, tell you to order online on their website. Ordered online, 30 minutes later I received an email... that the order has been cancelled. Read more
Three years after this place still is bad.went in with my wife and asked for three slices each and the guy for at counter... offered to buy a large because it was cheaper but I said no I'd rather take slices because I get more choices and then he said next time call ahead if you want slices and you can clearly see he was upset.
