The burrito bowl is good.. I think they're struggling with staff. They close so early.
It?s a real shame that the staff is lousy. Everyone is talking and messing around in the back, meanwhile half the meat/topping... options are unavailable (this was at 5pm supper time) The girl making my burrito was speaking at a whispering level, couldn?tcommunicate even after we asked her to speak louder. Love the food, I have been there several times but might not go back, the service has become sub par. I am pretty tired of... being ignored by the staff who seem to be doing everything but filling walk-ins orders. I stood in front of the counter a good 5minutes and no one worked on my order as it seems that Uber orders are the priority for them. Read more

?? Salt in Burrito story?? I have had bad experiences several times. Though today was unacceptable experience. Staff is not... welcoming at all and they throw lot of attitude towards customers. The store was empty as I went around 1:25pm. I went to get 2burritos vegetarian. I requested girl to add some salt in my burritos and she started arguing that we don?t have salt. I pointedtowards salt and told her that I see the salt bottle there. Then she said she should not put salt . I told her that we havealways asked employees to sprinkle some salt and no one really argued as she did. And she is like I am not allowed to put saltin burritos. With lot of attitude she added salt and when I asked to put little extra salt, she added lot of salt with greatattitude and looked at me. She made my burritos unpleasant. I don?t understand what is the issue if I ask an employee tosprinkle some salt in my burrito ?? Subway store employees always sprinkle salt in my sandwich without any hesitation.
