The shawarma at Boustan was very good and I was a regular at this store. Both beef and chicken shawarma platters are tasty but... the salad/sides could be more generous overall. Service can be a little tart sometimes (depending on who you get). Read more
Ordered a wrap and when I got home to eat it, there was so much hot sauce inside it was completely inedible. I didn't even ask... for hot sauce. I never had other Boustan locations automatically add hot sauce, it's not a default condiment. I could have savedmyself the trouble of driving there and simply flushed my money down the toilet and go to bed hungry because thats exactly whatit felt like I did. Read more
They do not follow instructions on Uber eats. Asked for a Chicken shawarma saj pita with only garlic sauce and I got one fully... vegetabled out to the max. Also the Beef pita Saj has literally no beef in it. like if you're gonna charge over 10 dollars for anot even a big sandwich at least put some meat in it. or raise your price and send me something that will make me orderagain?????? We had to try it out since we were on a mission to compare different shawarma shops. This one missed the bar. The price to... portion size ratio is not economical. The sandwich in general wasn't anything special. The platter was way too small and lackedflavour. Might have been the location, not sure, but definitely didn't meet our taste buds. The service is bad and the quality of the food is very low comparing to the other Boostans The individual who act like a big... boss , he is also the one who is preparing the food, has a bully attitude when making the food , making different faces andmaking comments when we were asked what ingredients we would like ! I was so close to blow it to him but kept my breath coolsince i was hungry and wanted to eat and leave as quick as possible. He is also interrupting other employees when they try toassist customers, keep talking to them in Arabic. Not sure how they keep a bully with this kind of attitude around. It's arestaurant , you take orders, prepare the orders , shut your mouth and avoid eye contact with customers. Simple as is. Also, Ihad ordered the beef pita and the beef was burnt. Read more
