Today I was served by Chris who is an absolute gem!!! I was "welcomed" at the cash by another guy who doesnt even look at the... customer, say hi or thank you. Chris saved the day and brought some warmth and joy to my visit by nicely helping me chooseanother drink and preparing it for me, since I didn?t like the one that I tried in the first place. I dont get why people are paying so much for their coffe and beverage. Its over sugary Over priced. The work area where they are... preparing orders was dirty. Told the staff member who served me that the counter need clean up. Stared at me like I was an alienand proceed to totally ignore me. Staff obviously dont care, cant get a smile out of them.
