Always seems like I am bothering then when I go grab a coffee or a sandwich. Service is terribly slow and staff clearly doesn?t... care about what they are doing. I understand that I would have to wait during a rush, but when I am the only one there and thestaff is hanging out behind the counter talking while I wait for a simple iced coffee, it is frustrating. Bad service. Take too long to have the order even when there are not a lot of customers
Tried to order online and pick up my order but aside from the clusterf*ck of a 30 minute line to order through the... drive-through, they lost my order. Pending through the bs customer service with hq to get my money back. Never again am I goingto this Tim Hortons. They kept making a few mistakes on my order for the past few months but losing it is the last straw. Edit:After contacting customer service, they told me I had to go back to the store to fix the issue. So after I went back on a goodday, I calmly explained my situation and even though they still couldn't find my order, they did my order again.
