Immediately loses a star for not having WiFi. It's 2022, not 2002. Went for dinner, dine in. Had brisket sandwich. Meat was... tender & juicy. Mac & cheese was creamy. I had the Smoakie beans, I didn't like it, but that's me, not the food. BBQ sauce wasokay. Water cups are small and I had to get up twice for refills. Restaurant and restroom was clean. NEVER EVER EAT HERE!!! Owner and staff only care about money, NOT THE CUSTOMER!!! Received order from them, NO BBQ sauce!! ... None!! Owner and staff didn’t care, come back and get some but that’s all we can do. Really!!! How do you eat BBQ withno sauce! And no compensation, no “we are sorry”, “hey we apologize for having you drive back, here is a complimentarydesert”. NOTHING!! Terrible business, after tasting the food, eh, maybe a 2 outta 10. We have been meaning to stop by for a while and are very glad we did. The meat was fantastic, the corn bread was spectacular,... the beans were super, and the spicy bbq sauce was out of this world. You most certainly need to try Smoakie's! Read more

Wow! The owner and staff at this restaurant are very kind and friendly. The BBQ is to die for! I tried the ribs and they were... very delicious. The house sauces they have are very good! My favorite thing out of everything was their CORNBREAD! Definitelywill be coming back. Read more
