I picked up a mobile order this morning around 1130 am and the lady who was handing out the mobile orders was extremely rude to... the customer in front of me and to me as well. I asked her for my second drink, she responded with an attitude ?I?m putting thesleeve on?. To the customer in front of me she said very rudely ?I?m going as fast as I can?. I didn?t get her name but she wastaller and she had bleached hair. Her whole demeanor was terrible. I frequent this Starbucks a lot and none of the baristas actlike this. I tried calling the store to express the situation but no one answered. I suggest not having someone who can?t handlethe pressure and cannot communicate to the customers is in a nice way in a high stress environment. I understand how it is, Iwas a former baristas for Starbucks. But her attitude towards customers was unacceptable. There is a standard for Starbucks andcustomer service and she?s not it. Read more
Honestly. One star is being very generous! The manager and her little trolls are the absolute rudest individuals! They can be... very nice when they feel like it. Which isn't the way it works when when you work with the public. I just asked for some extracreamer. Really? They used to keep the stuff out and we could help ourselves. I frequent this Starbucks minimum 3 times per week. I always do the drive-thru and wait is understandable. I can?t relate to any... of the bad reviews, staff is always busy, yet they greet you with a smile and provide superior customer service ???????????? Read more
My home away from home. I love when it's packed with students studying. There's only one nitpick that I have about the Starbucks... Phoenix network: I wish there was a list somewhere that showed all the Starbucks stores in the valley, and how busy they are atthe moment. It's no fun if a Starbucks lobby is a ghost town! Read more
