I placed an order here last night where I ordered a 20 pc BONE IN meal and two Boneless meals and once the food was delivered to... my house I realized that all the chicken was boneless when I attempted to call back I was placed on hold for 40 mins and Idecided to contact management the next day.... When I contacted management I spoke with a manager by the name of OSCAR andexplained to him about the issue I had the prior night where the employee took my order and made a mistake ... Oscar then beganto tell me that His Employee's are fully trained and would NEVER mess up while taking customer's orders because they know torepeat the order back to them. Oscar then nonchalantly told me to have a good day and that his employees don't make mistakes???? all I can say is WOW and I would not go back to them...clearly management lacks accountability and this was my 2nd chance Igave this establishment because the 1st time I came here I got food poisoning but since that was years ago I decided to givethem a 2nd chance but NEVER AGAIN!!! Despite having a sign stating that they accept EBT (Food Stamps), this particular location only has ONE item that a person could... buy with them, and that's a small boneless combo with a dinner roll and a 16oz water bottle.
