I ordered a baked potato and was told that they don't have them. Ok so I changed my order to chili cheese fries, I get home... and it's a baked potato [which they said they didn't have] smothered with cheese and chili, in other words, it was completelyruined! This may be appealing to some people but to me, I'm not eating a baked potato with chili and cheese period! I likebuttery and sour cream. Thank the Lord that I had butter and sour cream at home or I would be writing your corporate office anice letter for free food???? because at that point, there's no way I would ever believe that was an accident!!! Anybody withhalf a brain would notice they're pouring chili cheese on a baked potato and not french fries! Stop wasting people's money andpotentially costing the corporation over bad staffing! Hire better! and make sure you have the baked potato AT ALL TIMES! Since it's a lie anyway that you don't have it! Terrible experience! To the paying customers,... Open up your food and checkit before leaving the window, wrappers and all, who cares if they get mad! They're getting paid to do their job correct, notcarelessly. Make them do their job right!
