Cellar Door needs to have a ramp at their front door to make their cafe accessible. I tried to get pastries with a friend here... and was unable to enter because of my wheelchair. When we asked if they had another entrance, they said no. I'm sure the food isvery tasty, and a small ramp would be an easy fix to ensure more customers can access their goods! :) Read more
Wow! What a great experience. We went for the pastries, but also ate lunch. My vegetarian burger was amazing, and my husband... said it was the best BLT he has had. The pastries were worth the drive to Lawrence. We got 5-6 different things, and each wasbetter than the one before! Nice staff and relaxed atmosphere. Read more
I don't live in Lawrence. Met someone at this coffee shop. The food was good. They AUTOMATICALLY charge a 20% tip to each... order. What if the server doesn't deserve a tip? Also, there was a sign in the window indicating that the owner believes in theright to kill a child in the womb. You decide whether you want to support this business. Read more
I visited this place to meet someone and had a good experience. The place?s got good lighting and their plants were lovely. My... oatmilk latte and canelé were five stars. I rated four for no wifi and a wobbly table. I would like to visit again to read andwork, (and to try all the pastries) but I wonder the shop is suggesting no work(=no wifi) in the coffee shop.
