Love this place. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of tea selection, and kombuca.
I went in here yesterday around 6:15-6:30. I got an ounce of some ancient red vein kratom. I have never used this spot before so... I just wanted to try the product. Product is great! Very little negatives compared to all of the positive effects I am feeling.The guy was great and very knowledgeable of the product. I will be back for sure ( next time with a mask. Sorry!). This place use to be top notch when it came to Kratom. I have used Kratom for almost a decade now. I 110% know he different... between Green, Red, and White and then evern further with the breakdown of those. I get the same green year in and year out. Iremember spending money on a lb of imperial green(highest grade) and tasting the specific taste of Mang da. I was halfwayhome(back to Topeka) when I noticed it. I then checked all 4 bags and only had one that had not been mixed. Please please pleaseat least on your highest grade Kratom. Don't mix them. Please! You may not see a difference but the difference is huge and itreally bums me out. I have been a customer since you had the cards for discounts. Way back before you threw kratom out theback door and was selling discount due to the government. Please bring that quality back up. It is almost like running out oftea and mixing in another and selling it as the same tea. You use to be soo reliable when it came to quality. Attendant refused to provide any information about the product. In a very polite way she told me to Google it. Cited the fact... that kratom is not FDA regulated as the reason why she could not tell me what it does or how to consume it safely. I'm fairlycertain this is false as I've had great informative conversations with other vendors about the product. If this is a storepolicy, it really dances around the principle of informed consent and harm reduction and it's a great way to hurt yourcustomers.
