Needed a quick dinner before an event on campus and wow am I glad our friend is more familiar with Lawrence than my wife and I... because he suggested Taco Zone. Fantastic tacos and tortas - highly recommended. Minimal seating, so plan to take out. Read more

Probably won't come back here. Even if a group of friends recommended this place as a place they wanted to go, I would recommend... against it. The long haired fella behind the counter was too busy shooting the breeze with his friend in line ahead of me takeany other orders. It was only once I stayed it to the people behind me that I was about to walk out, but woman he was speakingwith said "oh I'm sorry let me step out of the way." It was made there was no hustle of any kind to get done. I probably waited6 minutes, for three of the smallest tacos I've ever paid for, to be put together. No double shell, just one teeny tiny shellper taco. I was charged an extra $0.50 for steak, but when you see the size of the taco you'd be absolutely shocked as I wasthat they would have the nerve to up charge you for something so small. Land and mediocre at best. I said Florence needsanother hipster Taco location. Just another joint that no One knows by name and is doomed to fail. I would stick to Ponchos,Burrito King, or even Fuzzy's. All in all poor customer service experience, bland food, and overpriced. I wouldnt come back. Read more
Small little restaurant with some indoor dining and more outdoor sidewalk and tent seating. Within walking distance from concert... venues on Mass St. The tacos are small but mighty! Selection of fillings changes regularly, with vegan/vegetarian options, andeverything we tried had great flavor. Also enjoyed a refreshing agua fresca. The shop had a steady stream of customers right upuntil closing, but many of those orders were for take-out, so it was still easy to grab a seat. Read more
