Not very organized with their store. The cashiers were not set up to take the crowd and offered less than half the menu... items. Offers cookies and creme ice cream which means cookies in a cup and provide you a vanilla ice cream separately. Customerservice needs to be more welcoming cause it was cold as the ice cream. It?s gas and it is the egg one!!!!!The two stars I?m giving them are for the overall love I have for Rita?s in general. At this... specific Rita?s the selection is microscopic and bismal. The flavors taste off compared to a normal ritas and the texture is offas well. Tried the unicorn flavor and like the animal I won?t ever see it again. They need to remake the ices and add moreflavors and totally banish unicorn (throw up) flavor!!!!!! Also how the hell fo you not have cotton candy the gist of flavors? Read more

Delicious soft serve, they call it custard. Its very heavy. I would say its more of whipping texture.
