This morning I went to a Starbucks and I had the worst experience ever. I ordered Americano, and it was very poor inconsistent... quality of all regular brewed coffee.It tasted like a water. I asked a Barista to make me another one , and she sad that I haveto pay again for it? Very unprofessional, very rude staff. I would never come there again. I went to the Starbucks at the Target in Lawrence and I feel it should be a crime for Tamera to not be the manager. Her customer... service was exceptional! She was very nice and professional. If you?re a consistent Starbucks drinker, you understand thefrustration when your specialty drink differs with each location but our drinks were perfect; the coffee was strong and mydaughter?s strawberry açaí had the perfect amount of lemonade.
