I?m one of the newer managers there and most of the rude people are no longer at this location. Most of the reviews I?ve seen I... was not there those days and we continue to change in all areas. Most of the outcomes would be a lot different if I?m on theshift a lot of these things no longer exist at this location. You will get great service and food will be fresh. The service was good but the food was bad. Had double cheeseburger combo and husband had deluxe patty melt combo. My burger bun... was flattened to about a quarter inch, the burgers were dry and tough like they were from the day before. Same with the pattymelt. The French Fries were so salty and covered in some sort of cheese salt we could barely eat them. Threw them out. Wasn'twhat I wanted. Very nasty. This was last chance for Jack's. Won't go again. Pleasantly surprised on how good Jack's is. The burger was good, better than most fast food places, they have a great fried... apple pie and crinkle fries, my favorite. The 2nd time I tried the chicken tenders and rhe hubs had the fried chicken. Bothwere great. Tender and juicy with a great batter. Good place to go, better than most fast food restaurants! Read more
First time at Jack's. Thought it was going to be just a basic burger place. Definitely surprised me how good they were and... Definitely happy I stopped by.
